Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We design with keyboard navigation, screen readers, color contrast and reduced motion in mind.
Accessibility tools on this site
Use the accessibility button in the corner of every page to:
- Increase or decrease text size.
- Switch to high contrast or dark reading mode.
- Underline links, use a more readable font and increase text spacing.
- Pause animations, switch to grayscale and enlarge the cursor.
Known limitations
Some third-party content, such as embedded maps, may not be fully accessible. We are working with providers to improve this.
Access at each shop
Kakaako has step-free entry from Auahi Street, an accessible restroom and two tables at 30 inches. Waikiki has level entry from the arcade and an accessible restroom in the arcade itself. Kaimuki has one four-inch step at the entry and a restroom that is not step-free; tell us when you arrive and staff will assist.
At the table
Large-print menus and the printed allergen card are at every counter. We will read the menu aloud, describe a dish in detail, serve broth at a lower temperature, or bring a bowl to a quieter part of the room. None of that needs to be arranged in advance.
