If you want to watch the kitchen, go to Kakaako. If it is after eleven, go to Waikiki. If you want a short menu and no fuss, go to Kaimuki and get there before six.

Late-night noodles
Waikiki serves the full seven-bowl ramen list until 1 am on Friday and Saturday. The kitchen takes its last ticket at 12:40. There is no shortened late menu and no reheated broth.
- Full ramen list, not a reduced one, right up to the last ticket.
- Walk-ins only after 9 pm. Expect ten to twenty minutes at midnight.
