What you can take over
Minimums are food and drink before tax and gratuity, and they are sample figures for this demo. Dates outside those windows are possible; ask and we will tell you honestly.

One long table of 18, or three sixes
A separate room with its own door, a hanging noren and a service hatch straight from the pass. The long table is 13 ft of solid monkeypod and does not move, so an 18-top is the room's natural shape.

Same rooms, different shapes
Six layouts and what each one seats
The long table is bolted to the floor, so eighteen in a line is the Noren Room's honest maximum. Everything else moves.
| Layout | Capacity | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Long table | 18 | The Noren Room's natural shape. One 13 ft monkeypod top that does not move. |
| Three sixes | 18 | Same room, split into three rounds of six. Better for mixing than talking across. |
| Counter set | 14 | Fourteen stools facing the pass, run as a five-course set rather than a la carte. |
| Seated buyout | 34 | Every seat in Kakaako: counter, five four-tops and the communal eight. |
| Standing reception | 55 | Tables cleared, ramen bar at the back, tsumami passed. Roll-up door open. |
| Reception plus room | 55 + 18 | Standing in the main bay with the Noren Room held for a seated core group. |

What happens once you enquire
How a private booking runs
- 01A call, not a form letterWe ask what the evening is for, how many, and what anybody cannot eat.
- 02A menu written for the nightUsually four or five courses drawn from what the box brought that week.
- 03Allergens confirmed in writingEvery dietary need matched to a specific dish before you sign anything.
- 04A deposit and a date holdTwenty-five percent, refundable up to fourteen days out.
- 05One person on the nightThe service lead runs your room and nothing else.

Tell us about the evening
Fourteen days notice for the Noren Room, twenty-one for a whole-shop reception. Dietary needs are easier the earlier we hear them.
