Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Menu, allergens and pricing
Menu items, prices, awards, hours and supplier names shown on this demo site are illustrative. Availability changes with the produce we receive, and seasonal dishes come off the board without notice.
Our kitchen handles wheat, egg, soy, sesame, shellfish, fish and pork on shared equipment, and the fryer is shared across several dishes. We publish an allergen matrix in good faith and train every server on it, but we cannot guarantee that any dish is free of a given allergen. Guests with severe allergies should speak to a manager before ordering.
Reservations, cancellations and large parties
Tables are held for fifteen minutes past the booked time. Private dining and catering bookings take a deposit, refundable up to fourteen days before the date, and minimum spends are quoted before anything is signed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of HI.
